Members obligations
The member is responsible for the accuracy of all the data they supply and for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. The Member will not enter any data which contains the following: obscene, indecent or unlawful content; content which infringes the copyright, trademark moral rights or any intellectual rights of any third party; defamatory material, a virus of any nature; any information that may harm the reputation of Taxmoney.

Taxmoney reserves the right to modify, delete or duplicate any material posted by an individual or member in the Taxmoney website. The copyright and all other intellectual property of any material posted on the Jobit site by a member will remain the exclusive property of Taxmoney.

Suspension and termination of members account
Any member who is found to have breached any term of this agreement may have their membership suspended or terminated and any data removed (without prejudice to its other rights and remedies).

Members indemnity
THE MEMBER WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD TAXMONEY HARMLESS FOR (A) ANY LOSSES, COSTS, LIABILITIES AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) AGAINST TAXMONEY ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OF THIS SITE, SERVICES OFFERED IN THIS SITE, THIRD PARTY SITE, OR RELATED GOODS OR SERVICES; (B) ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS; (C) ANY UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, OR REPRODUCTION OF ANY CONTENT OR DATA FROM THE SITE OR ANY THIRD PARTY SITE OR ANY OTHER ONLINE SERVICE.
